Refund Policy


Due to the nature of digital products, we offer a limited refund policy. This means that we will not offer refunds once you have downloaded the digital product.


You can request a refund within 3 days of the original purchase date, if you meet the following conditions:


Eligibility

  • Product has not been downloaded.
  • Provide valid reason (ex. accidentally made 2 purchases)
  • Have followed the terms of service.

If more than 3 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

Refund Approval

If your request is approved, your refund will be returned through your original form of payment.

Refund times will vary depending on how your payment method.


Approval Denial

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Your request may be denied, especially in the case of not meeting the eligibility conditions.
