Q: What programs do you use to create your 3D assets?

A: My assets are made in Blender, textured in Substance Painter, and rendered and edited in Photoshop for shop display.

Q: What platforms can I use your assets on?

A: For now, my products are only available for use on VRChat. I hope to start releasing for FiveM in the near future.

Q: Can I edit or customize your assets after purchase?

A: Absolutely! Texture packs are not one size fits all, if you want to make custom textures, have at it! Just do not claim them as your own models.

Q: Can I use your models for commercial projects?

A: Yes, all assets are available for commercial use with proper credits unless stated otherwise. Make sure to read ToS and descriptions of each product.

Q: Can I resell or share your assets with others?

A: No, redistribution or resale is not allowed. Every file is licensed to the buyer only.

Q: Can I use your assets in commissions I make for clients?

A: Yes, but both you and your client must purchase the product.

💫 Custom Work & Requests 💫

Q: Do you take custom commissions?

A: Yes! Open slots are announced in Discord or on the commissions page. If it’s closed, you can still submit it in suggestions.

Q: How long do commissions take?

A: This depends on what the request is and how many variants/textures requested. Ex: Outfits or avatars take longer than a single custom top.

Q: Do you collaborate with other creators?

A: Definitely. I already have one collaborator - Lovesickness! We will also collab with other creators on request in our collabs channel.

Q: I’m having trouble importing or using the asset — what do I do?

A: Join the Discord for help! We have channels dedicated to help with different softwares.

Q: What’s included in the download?

A: Depends on the product. Most contain a zip file with FBX and texture files.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Because files are digital, refunds aren’t available once downloaded but I’ll happily help fix any issue or provide replacements if something’s wrong.
