Policy
PAYMENTS
- Full payment is to be received before the project is considered.
- No refunds on any services or digital goods.
COMMUNICATION
- All communication with the client will be done via email (studiosevyndesigns@gmail.com) unless otherwise.
- To ensure the project is completed in a timely manner the client is responsible for responding timely to any emails regarding their designs.
- Drafts will be sent via Dropbox linked in email.. Drafts are to be reviewed in a timely manner (preferably within 3 days).
- If the client fails to respond after 3 outreach attempts, the project will not be continued. There will be a resumption fee of $45 to continue.
TURNAROUND TIME
- Please know that turnaround time differs depending on the service chosen. 3 - 14 business days
- Revisions time will not be included in turnaround time.
- Time does not begin until all information needed is collected.
- No rush orders accepted.
REVISIONS
- All services include 3 complimentary revisions.
- There is a $15 fee for each additional revision after your 3 complimentary revisions are used.
- Spelling errors made by the designer are not counted against your complimentary revisions.
- Please know the difference between sizing. If you have given me incorrect sizing it is not a revision it is a redesign fee.
- Please review the draft and send a revision request preferably within 3 days to ensure the project is not delayed. Revisions should be sent all in one.
- The client has 3 days after the project is completed and final files are sent to request any changes. After 3 days files are discarded and can longer be edited. Redesign fee: $40
REFUNDS + CANCELLATIONS
- Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Please know if you choose to cancel no refund will be given on any payment.
- If you would like to cancel, please email (studiosevyndesigns@gmail.com) include “cancellation” in the subject line.
- Purchase of digital goods are not refundable due to the nature of file(s).
