I am a trained IT System Technician (EFZ) and support private individuals with all kinds of IT problems — uncomplicated, understandable and reliable.

I offer remote support as well as IT help at my home or on-site, e.g. with: Computer and laptop problems Software installation & troubleshooting Networks, printers & backups General tech questions.

In addition to my IT services, I am intensively involved in 3D printing and product development, which gives me a particularly good overall technical understanding. Technology should work — in a way that people can understand.

In my free time, my Shiba Inu Kaito provides the necessary balance 🐾🙂
