All services provided are 100% virtual and delivered digitally through email or client-preferred contact. Clients will receive a styling questionnaire upon purchase to personalize your package based on your preferences, goals, and lifestyle.

All payments must be made in full at checkout via Stripe. Prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. StyledByIcyy reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time, but never after a purchase is made.

Add-ons are optional service upgrades and must be purchased with a main styling package. These may include extra looks, express delivery, or personalized updates. Add-ons are non-refundable once confirmed.

Due to the digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, every purchase includes up to 3 complimentary adjustments to ensure you're fully satisfied with your final look. Additional changes beyond this will require a fee.

Standard delivery is within 3–10 business days after completing your style questionnaire. Express delivery is available through an add-on. StyledByIcyy is not responsible for delays due to incomplete questionnaires or late responses.

All styling communication will be conducted via email. Please ensure the email you provide at checkout is correct. StyledByIcyy may follow up for clarity or feedback to deliver the best experience.

Payhip automatically calculates VAT based on your location. Customers from the UK, EU, and certain other countries may see a small tax added at checkout. This is handled entirely by Payhip.

All styling boards, lookbooks, and recommendations created by StyledByIcyy are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

Your privacy is important. All personal data shared through forms or purchases is kept confidential and used solely to deliver your styling experience. Client emails may be used for receipts, styling delivery, and occasional updates — never spam.
