- When purchasing a avatar from me you are accepting my TOS.
- If you are banned from my server you are not allowed to purchase any of my avatars.
- No refunds, this is a digital product.
- All avatars are personal use only.
- No sharing packages, uploading public, price splitting. If someone wants the avatar send them the link to it.
- No asset mining, get the assets from the respected creators.
- When purchasing you must put in your real email, vrchat user, and discord or you will lose access to the avatar without warning.
- You may use the avatar for streaming/tiktok/instagram/ twittwr(X)/etc, as long as proper credit is given.
- Never claim my avatar as yours.
- I offer free uploads in my server, you can find the server here.
- Editing my avatars is okay! The TOS of editing my avatars can be found here.
- No making any kind of merch/items/etc using my avatars, this includes anything 3d or 2d.
- No reselling my avatars.
- If you are a minor you can only purchase the SFW versions of my avatars.
- My TOS is subject to change at any time.
