I am trained as a neuroscientist and am an avid knitter and knitwear designer. The name Synaptic Stitches is thus a nod both to my scientific background and my love of challenging, thinky knits.

I believe that anyone can knit any pattern with a little bit of help and the right resources and the only thing holding people back is fear. I love fearless knitting and I want to encourage everyone to jump in and try something new and challenging! I want to support you and inspire you to take on a new knitting adventure and expand your skill set.
