- Once a digital file is delivered or accessed, it is considered final sale
Physical Products
Refunds or replacements are offered only for physical items that arrive damaged or defective.
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Clear photos are required for verification
- Your order number must be provided
We reserve the right to determine whether a refund or replacement will be issued after review.
We do not accept refunds or returns for:

- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind purchases
