#0. Definitions:

TechX is referred to as "We" and "Our". The recipient of the license is referred to as "You" and "Your". Intellectual property, referred to as "Product", refers to any asset you have purchased a license for within TechX.

#1. Term:

This agreement is permanent and will commence once the purchase for the product has been made.

#2. Revocation:

We reserve the right to revoke your license to our product if you break this agreement. You may also be blacklisted from the server and may serve legal repercussions.

#3. Commercial Use:

You may use our product to generate revenue within your Roblox™ games and groups. You agree to not use our product outside of the Roblox™ platform. In the case of purchasing a graphical product, you may use it as your Discord™ server icon.

#4. Usage:

To use our product in your game, a developer in your project must have a license. If the developer, which owns the license leaves the team, the product must be removed from your game or a license must be bought by another developer.

#5. Redistribution:

Redistributing our product without the necessary license in any form, including but not limited to reselling, relicensing, and leaking is forbidden.

#6. Refunds:

All purchases are final. Unless a product is not functioning as advertised, there are no refunds.

You may only distribute licenses that fall under our Standard EULA. You may not distribute any other license, including not being allowed to trade your license. You may not distribute licenses under more than one brand name. You may not have someone distribute licenses on your behalf.

#4. Pricing:

You may not distribute licenses for lower than the price we have set, including not being allowed to put the licenses on sale.

#5. Showcasing:

You may not use our showcase pictures of the product. You must take pictures of the product yourself.

#6. Refunds:

All purchases are final. Unless a product is not functioning as advertised, there are no refunds.
