Tempest Distributions – Terms of Service
Effective Date: 13th September, 2025.
By purchasing, downloading, or using any product, asset, or service provided by Tempest Distributions (d/b/a Tempest), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Violating these terms may result in a permanent ban from our group, revocation of purchased products, or further action.
1. Ownership & Usage Rights
All products and assets created by Tempest Distributions are the intellectual property of Tempest Distributions and its authorized creators. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use the asset for your own projects. Ownership of the asset itself remains with Tempest Distributions.
2. No Unauthorized Sharing
You may not leak, share, or distribute Tempest Distributions products to anyone who has not purchased them through official channels. This includes uploading files to public platforms, sharing within communities, or privately sending them to others.
3. No Misrepresentation
You may not claim or present Tempest Distributions products as your own creations. Assets must not be showcased, rebranded, or credited under your name or another developer’s name.
4. No Unauthorized Resale
You are strictly prohibited from reselling, trading, or redistributing any Tempest Distributions assets in exchange for Robux, real-world currency, or other benefits without explicit written approval from the Tempest Distributions team.
5. No Refunds
All sales are final. Tempest Distributions does not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to accidental purchases, change of mind, or lack of usage. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
6. Enforcement & Penalties
Failure to follow these terms may result in:
- Permanent removal of access to purchased products
- Blacklisting from future purchases and services
- Reports to Roblox and associated platforms
- Legal action in severe cases
7. Updates to Terms
Tempest Distributions reserves the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing the latest version regularly.
