I’m Danni, with my business partner Jade we are co-founders of That Glam Bar and the women behind That Salon System.

For the past seven years, we’ve built and run our own busy salon, grown a team and learned first-hand what it takes to keep everything moving when every question, task and tiny emergency seems to land on the owner.

Danni handles the numbers, marketing and behind-the-scenes operations, while Jade leads the team and client experience on the salon floor. Between us, we’ve lived through the last-minute dramas, stock headaches, team challenges and never-ending mental load that come with salon ownership.
