Chiropractic assistant speaking on the phone – representing confident front desk communication and professional patient support

Introducing: The Chiropractic Assistant Program

My vision for this course is for it to help your front desk staff develop the confidence, professionalism, and communication mindset needed to truly support your practice, and the people you care for.

Over the years, I’ve realised something powerful: while every practice is unique - from ideal client base to team personalities - the foundations of a strong team are universal. Whether it's structure, communication, mindset, or morale; there are key fundamentals that, when applied well, create real and lasting impact.

That’s why I intend to create this training: to bring clarity, consistency, and confidence...but also passion, purpose, and fun. Because when your team feels inspired, supported, and aligned with your mission, I believe they can become one of your greatest strengths.

Purpose:

Icon of building blocks representing practice structure and organisation

Help you build structure and systems where there is chaos

Superhero icon symbolising empowered chiropractic assistants with confidence and purpose

Empower your front desk team with purpose and confidence

Team hands-in icon representing improved morale and passion in front desk teams

Uplift team morale and reignite passion for the role

Team icon symbolising aligned communication and values-driven patient support in chiropractic practices

Teach your team how to think, speak, and serve in alignment with your practice values

Structure means nothing without passion. Passion fades fast without support.

You shouldn’t have to choose between productivity and heart.

→ You can have the best systems — but if your team doesn’t believe in the bigger picture, it won’t stick.

→ Even your most enthusiastic front desk staff will struggle without clear expectations, tools, and confidence in their role.

This Course is Ideal For:

Icon of a cluttered brain representing overwhelmed practice owners with little time for training

Busy Practice Owners with Minimal Time for In-House Training

You want well-trained, reliable CAs but don’t have the time (or systems) to train them yourself. This course provides ready-to-go support, so your team can hit the ground running without pulling you away from patient care.

Practices Struggling with Low Morale or Staff Turnover

Your team is showing signs of burnout, disengagement, or inconsistency. You’re ready to re-inspire your CAs, bring back the spark, and strengthen your clinic culture from the front desk out.

Growing Clinics Wanting Structure, Systems & Scalable Training

You’re expanding your team or preparing to scale and need a solid training foundation. This course helps you develop confident, consistent, and values-aligned CAs who represent your brand with excellence.

"I've seen incredible practices struggle because of low morale. I’ve also seen passionate teams burn out due to a lack of structure. My goal is for this course to bridge that gap — so your team can thrive, and your practice can grow."

Samantha Panciera

Hi, I’m Samantha — or Sam for short.

I’m a former Chiropractic Assistant with 7 years of front desk experience, which naturally grew into a leadership role where I became the go-to for staff training and team development.

Going to keep this real: when I first started in practice, I had no idea what I was doing. I didn’t understand the language, I wasn’t confident on the phones, and I definitely didn’t see the bigger picture (yet). But what I did have was care - I cared about people, I wanted to do well, and I was determined to figure it out.

Once I began to understand chiropractic, everything shifted. That spark turned into passion, and I noticed how connection, confidence, and aligned communication made a difference not just to the client experience, but to the energy of the whole practice.

Over time, I developed systems, streamlined procedures, and stepped into a leadership role. I became the one training new team members and helping my chiropractors bring their vision to life. My primary Chiropractor used to joke that I could read her mind. She’d poke her head out mid-shift, and I’d already be moving - “on it,” I’d say - ready to support her before she even asked. Before long, I was helping other practices do the same. Today, I have trained Chiropractic Assistants and teams across Perth and interstate.

Even now, when I visit my old clinic for an adjustment, I’m still hugging clients I met years ago. One of them recently emotionally told me he thought he’d never see me again - That moment reminded me that while chiropractors do the adjusting, CAs are deeply woven into the care journey too.

In my opinion; A well-trained CA doesn’t just run the desk. They hold space, build connection, and reinforce your mission in their interactions. I’m passionate about helping your front desk staff feel confident in their role, connect with the bigger picture of practice, and become a meaningful part of the clinic’s culture and growth.
