Worried about the delisted coins? Worry no more! Royal Q has created a great feature within the app to help you deal with this.
To help users continue trading when coins are delisted or an exchange no longer supports local trading, Royal Q has introduced the 'Strategy Conversion' feature. This allows users to convert strategies from USDT pairs to USDC pairs, ensuring seamless trading without closing positions.
How to convert strategies?
1. Press strategy migration/conversion in the strategy details
2. Select strategy conversion and tap confirm
3. Tap confirm after reading the precautions
4. Tap confirm after checking the information
5. Complete the verification and wait for the conversion
6. If you need to check the conversion status, please go to conversion records on Mine page
The conversion records will look like this
7. If multiple strategies need to be converted, tap the settings icon to use batch settings for conversion. Strategies will need to be paused before conversion.
Below are Notes directly from Royal Q concerning this matter, please read them carefully!
1. Strategy conversion will be completed within 30 minutes. During this time, users cannot start strategies or adjust trade settings. Once finished, the trading strategy details will be available in the USDC strategy section.
2. Please ensure you have a sufficient USDC balance in your exchange to prevent the margin call from being disabled.
3. Strategy logs and records will not be migrated to the new exchange; only trade settings and position data will be transferred.
Users are advised to update the system to the latest version:
For iOS, please update to version 5.9.3
For Android, please update to version 5.9.0

update notification.
