I founded Eden Health Hub two years ago with a simple belief: our health is a precious gift, and taking care of our bodies helps us live out our God-given purpose. As a mother raising my children, I am intentional about staying healthy, energetic, and strong so that I can fulfill my purpose under the sun while being present for my family.
