Breakfast Protein Yogurt Bowl Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of yogurt (I use dairy free almond yogurt)
- Protein powder of your choice. (I use Vanilla, strawberry, or chocolate FeelFit from Arbonne)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds with 1/4 cup water to expand the chia seeds
- Add whatever you would like for additional flavoring. I like to make a couple flavors for the week:
- 1 -2 tbsp powdered cashew butter
- 1- 2 tbsp powered vanilla almond butter
- 1 tbsp pumpkin puree with cinnamon
Instructions:
- Mix water and chia seeds in glass container. Let sit for ~10 min to allow chia seeds to start to expand
- Add protein powder, yogurt, and which ever flavorings you choose.
- Mix well
- Refrigerate and enjoy!
