Breakfast Protein Yogurt Bowl Recipe

Breakfast Protein Yogurt Bowl Recipe:


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of yogurt (I use dairy free almond yogurt)
  • Protein powder of your choice. (I use Vanilla, strawberry, or chocolate FeelFit from Arbonne)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds with 1/4 cup water to expand the chia seeds
  • Add whatever you would like for additional flavoring. I like to make a couple flavors for the week:
  • 1 -2 tbsp powdered cashew butter 
  • 1- 2 tbsp powered vanilla almond butter
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree with cinnamon


Instructions:

  • Mix water and chia seeds in glass container. Let sit for ~10 min to allow chia seeds to start to expand
  • Add protein powder, yogurt, and which ever flavorings you choose.
  • Mix well
  • Refrigerate and enjoy!
