Simple Meal Prep Lunch Idea


Ingredients:


Ground Turkey Instructions:

  • In a frying pan, brown 2 lbs ground turkey
  • Add Butt rub and Urban Accent Seasoning (I just eye ball how much, I don't measure- the two of these seasonings together are to die for!)


Jasmine Rice Instructions:

  • Bring 3 cups of chicken bone broth to a boil
  • Add 1.5 cups of jasmine rice
  • Bring stove to a simmer, cover the pot for 22-24 min (until rice is soft and all liquid is absorbed)
  • Chop cilantro up really fine (or use Kitchen aid hand blender, definitely saves you time)
  • Once rice is done stir in cilantro, desired amount of salt, and squeeze 1.5 limes in rice and stir


Vegetables Instructions:

  • Chop bell peppers and zucchini to your liking
  • Saute in the same pan you used for ground turkey, you will not have to use any oil
  • Once soft add All purpose seasoning


Prep:

  • Add 6oz of ground turkey in 5 glass containers (you will have extra- I use the extra through the week for dinner)
  • Divide veggies up between the 5 containers
  • Add 1/2 cup of rice to each container. (There might be extra rice, again you could use the extra for dinner during the week)
  • Enjoy!! Simple and delicious!
