We have an exciting and inspiring sonic odyssey for you in July.....
Session Mallets. Sounds for Zampler
Session Mallets is a major new soundware pack for Zampler. Featuring four instruments.....Glockenspiel, Marimba, Xylophone, and a Vibraphone.
Mallet instruments are very dynamic, so we have multiple velocity layers and detailed sampling. There are eight patches each for the Glockenspiel, Xylophone and Marimba with sixteen for the mighty Vibraphone.
For pop, jazz and soundtracs, mallet instruments feature heavily with lots of ambitious pop/rock artists including Tears For Fears, The Christians, and Frank Zappa! Great for developing Steve Reich type arpeggios.
We think they sound great, and there's a really fun demo track.
Z-MixOne. Preset Sounds for Zebra CM
Our first soundware project for Computer Music/UHE Zebra CM is now ready. Z-Mix-One is a varied collection of 32 presets including motion pads, synth basses, hits, and lead sounds. Although Computer Music is no more, lots of users have copies of Zebra CM and we think it's still available from Music Radar. If not, we're sure you can lay your hands on a copy somewhere!
We're really pleased with the collection and will be revisiting Zebra CM with some more specialised packs. Demo incoming.
Ghost Machine. Roland CR68 and Roland CR78 Samples.
Our Ghost Machine series of vintage drum machine sound packs is updated with the Roland CR Series. Not just all the samples from the iconic analog CR68 and CR78 drum machines but a great sounding set of production ready resamples, kits and patterns for Soundbridge's Ritmix drum machine instrument.
Songwriters will love this pack with analog drum mixes a growing trend among artists such as Bon Iver and Father John Misty.
Drum Mechanics Zampler. Two New Kits.
Finally, two more kits are available for Drum Mechanics Zampler. Originally developed for Reason's NN-XT Sample instrument, this dynamic acoustic drum library features multiple velocity layers and articulations including rolls and flams.
