Burn out

As we’re approaching the festive season, don’t burn yourself out. This is a very busy time of year.


We have so much to do from buying presents to wrapping, decorating the home and catching up with friends and family. 


You don’t need to keep up with everyone else either.


If you like a simple Christmas yet your friends like big celebrations, that’s fine. Do what works for you. You’ll enjoy it more.


My top tips - 


  1. Make a list of who you need to buy for.
  2. Plan from now right through to New Year.
  3. Slow down and enjoy making some homemade presents.
  4. Have some self care days.
  5. Get out for a walk everyday and be mindful of what you see. This helps to clear our heads and slows us down.
