I have designed the desk worker programme to overcome what I call the Harry Potter scar posture. As we sit down more often, driving to work, at the desk, when we come home - this inevitably results in poor posture. Weak glutes, tight hip flexors, rounded shoulders, and a tense neck. By following this programme over the following 4 weeks you will notice a significant difference in various aspects of your life.

Following purchase of the structured programme you will have access to 1-1 support from Amen throughout the 4 week period to support your goals of pain reduction and improved range of motion. It is suitable for all abilities and the primary aim of the programme is to provide stability back to the body.

The programme is built around kettlebells and dumbbells. You can complete the workout from the comfort of your own home, the gym or outdoors. It is structured as 4 sessions per week however I WILL be holding you accountable to complete the sessions.
