I’ve spent the last 12 years of my life researching and developing ways to naturally optimize my anabolic system to increase natural testosterone levels and reach new levels for myself, inside and out. For about 10 of those years, I was unknowingly developing this playbook all along. I've condensed and simplified everything into less than 30 pages for the people who want to get to the point and get to activating their anabolic state.
To anyone who reads this, I was your test-dummy, saving you thousands of dollars and hours on training, supplements, groceries, workout equipment, gym & fitness studio memberships, and even injuries; just to learn what worked and what didn’t. This playbook will help both men and women because when you become anabolic, things like muscle growth and fat control become almost effortless, and your body starts working for you instead of against you. Being anabolic will achieve the results you want, no matter what style of workouts you like.
This all began, while recovering from a college football injury. I started looking into natural ways to recover, get stronger and gain muscle mass without gaining fat. Instead of using banned PEDs or pretending they didn’t exist, I researched what PEDs & steroids were biologically doing to the body. As I studied them, I kept seeing familiar pathways: [Anabolic System, Protein Synthesis, Testosterone, and Hormones]. Everything pointed to positive effects that I could replicate naturally and in a more self-loving way.
Usually, when the general public sees or hears words like testosterone, anabolic, or hormones, they instantly think of PEDs (performance enhancement drugs) such as steroids, pro-hormones / SARMs, HGH, and TRT. While clinical PEDs like TRT or HGH can be helpful for people with medical conditions & mainly for older individuals, there is no need for someone in their teens, 20s, 30s, or even 40s to use and rely on them. Especially when they could optimize their natural biology through simple, natural methods instead.
At first, I wanted to keep these hacks exclusively for my clients and friends, but when I realized no one in the fitness space has created a playbook like this, I knew I had to share it with the masses and hopefully change some lives at the same time.
I see a lot of people in the fitness space overcomplicating things, overcharging, & gate-keeping information, just to walk someone through everything I mention in this playbook. I noticed a lot of people in their 20-60s in a constant battle trying to achieve their fitness goals, always giving up and then restarting because of a lack of balance and over-complicated diets, workouts, and programs not showing results. When all along they could've just looked a little deeper into hacking their anabolic state by applying the anabolic keys I dissect in this playbook.
People don't create and maintain elite physiques by accident or in 3 months of 1-on-1 coaching; they're intentionally built internally and rebuilt through strategizing & restructuring the things that we control through lifestyle decisions and basic daily routines, which eventually become anabolic habits serving us in every moment.
