Drawing from an Everlasting Source

“Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.”‭‭ John‬ ‭7‬:‭38‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Life moves through seasons—some feel full and joyful, others quiet, heavy, or uncertain. It’s easy to think our strength depends on what kind of season we’re in. But Jesus reminds us that real strength doesn’t come from our circumstances—it flows from within us when we stay connected to Him.

Notice He doesn’t say a trickle or a drop—He says rivers. That means even in dry seasons, when you feel worn down or empty, God’s Spirit is still at work inside you, steady and sustaining. You may not always feel strong, but His strength doesn’t run out.

In seasons of waiting, He is your patience.

In seasons of struggle, He is your endurance.

In seasons of joy, He is your overflow.

Strength in every season isn’t about having it all together—it’s about staying rooted in the One who does.
