Welcome to The Rhonda L. Thompson Experience
This Is More Than a Store. It’s a Community and a Place to Become.
There are moments in life when simply surviving is an accomplishment.
I know because I have lived them.
I have experienced trauma, heartbreak, unexpected changes, and profound loss. I have also spent more than 15 years professionally walking alongside people during some of the most difficult chapters of their lives.
But one lesson continues to meet me on both sides of that experience:
Survival is important—but we were never meant to stop there.
That is why I created The Rhonda L. Thompson Experience.
I wanted to create one place where people could come exactly as they are and find something that helps them take their next step.
Sometimes that may be a book.
Sometimes it may be a course, a conversation, coaching, counseling, a retreat, a workshop, an event, something you wear that reminds you who you are, or simply a message that reaches you on the exact day you needed to hear it.
But underneath everything I create will be one question:
Who are you becoming?
Why This Matters to Me
I don't believe our most painful experiences should get to decide the rest of our lives.
They may change us. They may leave scars. They may require us to grieve things and people we thought we would have forever.
But they don't get to write the ending.
I am learning this in a deeply personal way myself.
One year ago, on August 17, 2025, my life changed when I lost my oldest son, Tristan. There are some losses you don't simply “get over.” You learn how to carry love differently. You learn how to breathe in a world that no longer looks quite the same. And eventually, you begin asking yourself what living looks like now.
Out of my own season of asking that question came RECLAIM: A Survivor's Guide to Finding Strength & Taking Small Steps Forward.
I didn't create RECLAIM because I have mastered grief or because my own story has reached some perfect ending.
I created it because I'm reclaiming, too.
And perhaps you are ready to reclaim something, too.
- Your peace.
- Your voice.
- Your confidence.
- Your dreams.
- Your identity.
- Your faith in tomorrow.
Or maybe simply yourself.
I Want to Build Something Different Here
I don't want this to become another page you follow, scroll past, and forget.
I want to build a community.
A place where people of different ages, backgrounds, experiences, and stories can come together without having to pretend they have everything figured out.
A place where we can talk about healing and living.
Grief and joy.
What happened to us and what can still happen for us.
Where you've been and where you're going.
There will be books and resources here, certainly. But there will also be conversations, teaching, encouragement, experiences, opportunities to gather, and new ways for us to grow together.
And I want you to help shape what this becomes.
- Tell me what you're struggling with.
- Tell me what you're learning.
- Tell me what you wish someone would create.
- Tell me what conversations we aren't having enough.
- And most importantly, tell me who you are becoming.
Because I don't want to build something for people from a distance.
I want to build something with you.
So, Welcome.
If you've ever looked at your life and thought:
There has to be more than what happened to me...
You're in the right place.
If you're still hurting but you're beginning to hope again, you're welcome here.
If you've survived and now you're wondering what comes next, you're welcome here.
And if you're already rebuilding and want to reach back for somebody else, you're welcome here too.
You don't need to have the whole journey figured out.
Just take the next small step.
Today, mine was opening this door.
Maybe yours was walking through it.
Welcome to The Rhonda L. Thompson Experience.
I'm excited to discover what we become together.
With love, because you are Beloved,
Rhonda L. Thompson, MA
