Hi friends, I’m Ema, a natural nail specialist, small business owner, podcaster, and creative who has spent the last few years building my business from the ground up. Along the way I’ve learned what it really means to wear all the hats: the nail tech, the accountant, the content creator, and the boss. It hasn’t always been easy, but every step has taught me something valuable that I want to start sharing with my community.
When it comes to growing a brand or a business, the truth is that consistency will always beat perfection. It’s better to show up once a week with intention than burn out trying to be everywhere every day. And while a brand might look like just a logo or colors on the surface, it’s really so much deeper. It’s your story, your voice, and the way you make people feel. The little things matter. I’ve also learned that nothing compares to having the right people around you. Whether you’re a nail tech, small business owner, or creative, community is the best growth tool you’ll ever have.

I’m passionate about helping people feel confident in their brand, business and life, with things like my podcast Lashing Out & Nailing Life, and now through resources like my new eBook Building Your Brand. My goal has always been to take what I’ve learned, the hard way, and make it simpler for someone else.
