It's good that the children have been exposed to, at an early age, to a lot of travelling into the remote of places and rural of islands; with basic accomodation too.
The least, they learned and know how to adjust staying in a homestay, a dormitory setting, a village, a low cost or budget hotel, and to luxury resorts as well, if we choose to do so.
From Sri Lanka to Myanmar, from Thailand to the Maldives; from Maluk Beach to Gili Asahan, from Papua to Siem Reap - they have a taste and a share of luxury, as well as the modest accomodation too.
Theirs are to be real travellers, not mere tourists; to mingle and make friends with the locals and the tribes, not to be in the cocoon of their own oblivious of luxury and the comfort expectations.
The key is for them to be adaptable, and be willing to understand the world as it is, not as they wish per their privileged comfort mentality.
After all, they have Musafir - a Wanderer - as their father to thank for!"
