......when what you do becomes work, when it begins to become a chore, then it indicates things - or rather, the way you take it, could need a review.
Either that, or the environment is indeed a working environment - thus, not the kind you're looking for.
And so I may already find a clearer picture now, of what environment I don't want to be in.
I have enough of being serious for 22 long years and another 03 years or so there after, going through 'serious work'.
Now I look forward to enjoying what I do; that means, I want to fill it with fun things, easy-going environment and if there's competition in it, it's more of a gamely competition of it, not serious, business competition.

Having said that, it doesn't include me coming late; nope, punctuality is still I uphold.
It doesn't means that I gave less or don't put my heart into it; contrary to that, I will always give my best and my heart into what I do; more so if I enjoy doing them much and chose to continue doing them.
.....I just would not want work to be another typical 'work'.
I want 'work' these days be a cause to be joyous, to be a cause where we can have fun; yet, serving a purpose without losing that 'seriousness' by having to be superficially serious by some measure of rigid rules & expectations of others.

Time to let my hair down, and go out there and enjoying my 'work' - or rather, my chosen passions or interests.
Let me enjoy doing what I like, rather than doing what they required me be 'serious' about; I'll be serious as I always been - but this time around, serious in a different way."
