To gain that long-term winning strategy in life - it has to begin with taking that first step - that first step in getting out from that personal fear & worry zones and into the learning habits; in getting over that illusions of making an embarrassment of our own self - everyone starts foolish - so it's no big deal, actually to get into those embarrassing moments; you just got to learn taking it with a pinch of humour to make it lighter and not too much of seriousness that then can uptight yourselves in the process - chin up, smile and be happy - enjoy the learning process even how foolish it can be - and grow:

Be smart to find new ways of leading a new whole set of lifestyle, not the mere conventional slugging, dragging feet to do work or on something we never had liked it before or believed in it so, in the first place.
To live a fulfilled life, we must then begin finding our ways - our creative ways, thus - to re-create a new beginning, and a new set of rewarding & contenting moments in how we spend our time, and thus our lifetime throughout too - rather than play it safe by the fence, by taking the safest route of all - in becoming that herd of cattles of life, led and shepherded into a life to certainty of being in slaughtered of our own personal authenticity & ability to live life in our realms of honest winning ways......
Believe!!
Have faith;
and use those brains!!
.....use them to formulate, create, plan & refining your creative strategies to shape up that new adventures in you life!!
And don't be afraid to try new things - what could you lose out at?
It's more to gain,
