We will prevail; no amount of challenges can keep out our progress, unless if we allow them to be twisted as such into our lives.
Challenges are meant to shape our attitude & fortitude into real substance, essential in all successful people.
The real challenge is then to content with that of within our mind, heart and attitude; which are factors controllable within our power as a person with endowed strengths and abilities.
Therefore, life is but about courage to take risks and to fail, if needed so; we got to change our mind - to change the way we think abour risk and failure, if we ever want to change our life for the better, to hike a new height in life, so as to speak.
Never be afraid to take risks even in you present job, to do what that are right; yet, that shakes up the entity to move forward to the success of everyone associated with it.
Be that lead; be that game-changer; take those risks and never be afraid to fall or fail; failure to fail is indeed failing in life in itself.

But be smart; don't be rash - calculate and measure your risks.
Plan out, and device your game plan; write them down - what are you going to do; how will you get things around it (the obstacle) when bashing through it is not an option.
Game plan is important; the discipline to stick to it, and that ability to recalibrate it along the way when the needs required to do so without collapsing the entire framework or structure of the game plan - that's part of being alive, being alert and being open to opportunities & changes.
Winners are game-changer; they don't get stuck in rigid mentality.
Rather, they flow like a river: every bends and drops are but of which are wisely manoeuvred with flexibility, self-belief and skilful dealings through, and with, other people - to get them forward to that winning moments.
What governed them then is that 3 Ps in their life:
• Passion - which gives rise to Personal Conviction;
• Purpose - it gives sense of self-direction and clarification;
• Principles - that give them a framework of values & personal guidance which shaped their personal integrity.
The 3 Ps then gives rise to the ability to inspiring others - it goes beyond instructive mode.
It turned the person too, into real leaders that walk the talk; one that exemplified and become the embodiment of of his values & integrity.
This is important because modern employees want to know what're behind their duties; or followers want to know the reasoning behind the journey.
Blind, faithful obedience doesn't come naturally to them; things have change.
They need to be motivated;
They need to be inspired.
Thus, the uncommon breed leaders - the so-called Game Changer, understand that their roles, in whatever endeavours they embarked upon, always involved people - and people want to be inspired; they want to be winners themselves!!
So as the new uncommon breed leaders - the Game Changer we are, that then is our basic role, our basic responsibility: To inspire others.
......and inspired people produce results we are looking for, to bring us to the actualisation of our dreams, of what we believed in and what that are important in life!
Those winning moments can never be attained or attempted alone.
They have to involve others and they must leverage upon them to extend the efforts into many-folds; working and coming together as a unified Team with common goals and vision as their direction and game plan - to turning things into those triumphing moments for everyone involved.
This is what it meant to be the uncommon breed leader - the Game Changer!"
