........in life, it's all about:
quality.
In all spheres of our life, we always have been demanding about quality in the things we come into contact with: we demand quality in the product we bought; we demand quality in the services we engaged from; quality in the food & ambience from the restaurant we dined in; we demand quality in the tour packages we paid for; in the games we watched, and played by our favourite team sports; and so on it goes.....!!
That goes the same with work: we are expected to deliver QUALITY.

But we may be abled to deliver great performances & results at the end of the day, as like any of that given football teams - that could go on and win a match in any other ways too.
Like the football players, everyone could go about winning a game or their way through - by 'cheating'.
We could always put up a performance of deceit (wayang) to impress others or to play around with the perceptual image or reputation casted unto others to impress them in believing us as a great player through manipulation.
And if we are long enough in the workforce, we are well-knowledgeable about all these and could then be apt in detecting them; or we too could easily played that game of forgery as well.
So goes with our clients/customers and subordinates; they too could easily sense them as well, and then knew in their hearts if we are being a genuine or just a fake.
We then shaped their very personal experiences about the whole things we delivered to them because technically they should also be made to feel the sense of that quality EXPERIENCES inherent in in our genuine performances and deliveries - or the non-presence of them all.
Quality in itself - is sacred; it has to be earned in that sense it requires efforts from the heart, and willingness from the inner core of us to commit into focus of what we must do - so that the desired results via the objectives - are delivered and achieved with & through INTEGRITY.
We therefore must have a very strong sense of wanting to go for EXCELLENCE - to go for it because it will speak volumes of our abilities, our capabilities and thus that would then lead us in winning and triumphing over to be given a deserving TRUST and RESPECT.
In achieving quality, there is no shortcuts nor is there a way for wayang to it. What's there are in a show or an act of deception or in a wayang mode of operandi, will sooner or later reveals it's real shortcomings and what are of the lacking & defiency in ourselves.

All of us are not perfect; we have our own set of weaknesses and lacking too.
So therefore, no one goes about doing things in a manner knowing that he or she is perfect; none of us indeed are.
In that sense, we must have INTEGRITY within us all to admit to it and make efforts to do something about it - to go learning to make it into an acceptable level, or even better!
And despite all of that lacking, we must still pushed through with all our might & willingness to strive for excellence; to go for a triumphing moment - and in doing so, building in ourselves (within) that reservoir of RESILIENCE and that critical WINNING MENTALITY - to win our very best opportunities in those delivering processes, to win that trust & respect from all the stakeholders, at the end of it.
And in leading by example, we lead ourselves & our subordinates to walk the talk - we lead them to become real, quality Winners!!
What then is the feeling like, to be a winner?
It is for all of us to find out through our own set of experiences and learning, to know for own ourselves what is it feels like.
.......so that in the end, we will always become one that is preferred, chosen, handpicked, headhunted and selected - not on the basis of favouritism, or desperation because there's no one else to pick from; rather, we are on the basis of MERITS and that we had shown great QUALITY in our work outputs, in our behaviours, in our attitudes - and in the way we put on the uniform or insignia and going about delivering our duties: with a real sense of PRIDE.

Keep learning, keep close and in knit with each others, helping each to pull through by giving a helping hand, and in the process of it, building that traits of personal integrity in our own selves; inculcating in our attitude to take personal effectiveness in taking care of our own bearings (turnout), our punctuality, our personal commitments - that then built that strength of unity, teamwork, common goals, one common vision, one desire (of winning & triumphing over challenges) - that every Winning Team has in its units of bearers: a DISCIPLINED members.
.......one who is disciplined to keep to the gameplan; disciplined to be agile; to be fluid; disciplined to keep together as a TEAM - disciplined to go for a win, to go for excellence!!
Without personal discipline it will be tough to go far, to go up, left or right; it will then be unfortunate that we got not the chance to ACTUALISED our real potentials & capabilities.
Each of us are always a beginner; a learner - the day we stop learning because we felt we are too old, too knowledgeable, too experienced, too smart, too great & successful - that would be the day we will inevitably come to an end, to a stop; we must always have the spirit in mind & heart - to keep on going - to keep on: GROWING.
There are always much to learn and become better in whatever chosen fields or industries we entered into.
Therefore make sure we go into it with our hearts, with the conscious desire to seized excellence - so that we will always go into it with a winning mentality - thus we will then always end up no matter where we are or in whatever we do as one who is always being PREFERRED from, being SELECTED, being CHOSEN, being HANDPICKED - and knowing it for certain in our heart what it's like, what it means to feel - being a Winner and what it's like to be put in a triumphing moment.
We make our own winning situations, with the grace of the Lord's help.
Keep on learning, keep on improving, and put in all the efforts we could, and be willing about it; so that in the end of every assignments or tasks we delivered - all of us will become one proud Winner - belonging in & to a Winning Team - and not be bereft about that privilege, and could only just wish for it.
Build that consciousness, build that awareness within each of our hearts- touch it, and go into it with a promise in a way as if we are going into battles knowing - that we will win - and we will triumph over it - and we will!!
