......if we are afraid to let go what we've been holding unto so tightly, then our arms will never be free to embrace new, and better things in life, or any kind of the lifestyle we always wanted our lives to be.
It is never easy to let those hands go free; there's always that fear - that uncertainty, that freefall that as if, it could kill.
It is as if, it can be a dying moment to fall, if we are to let go of things we had hold on unto tightly that had kept us safe thus far.
.....and 'dying' that's the real wisdom of it all, to note actually:
At times, we have to 'die' several time in life - not literally or physically dead - but die in that sense, we have to start all over again.
That is the essence of the feeling of 'dying' in having to letting go of everything we had been used to.
Most of us are unwilling to let go because it is comfortable to be where we are, than to start all over again.

But no higher peaks can be ascended if we are unwilling to go down, and start all over again climbing an even higher, and tougher mountain, to be on the move - knowing, that we are indeed alive and growing like the mountains do too; than the mere standing on the summit alone holding unto that one success only when the many others, have long gone on to the higher scales of their own pursuits - whilst that one person who we can be - are still standing there all alone, feeling afraid to even lowering ourselves down, to start all over again.
There is always wisdom in starting all over again, as what many others who have left the old entity would verify it be - finding new joy, new hope and a new lease of life and pursuit of worthy cause - not merely in economic sense and quest as just it be - but more of to self-actualise a life he or she had always envisioned and believed in, to ever wanting to lead one so, be.
For that to take shape, then something have to go, something have to lose; to be given up willingly:
....for a new winning and joy then to start coming into our lives, again.

Empty those lives, and a new refill of experiences & perspectives about things we never thought could be, would indeed be a defining lenses of life it can become for us, an adventure it'll be - for it would bring us to a new life, a new beginning, a new awakening we come into - an actualising of a belief we hold dear in heart & being!!
My advise:
Never be afraid to start
all over again.
......because after the struggles are over, the fears are realised but to be untrue, and all the pains & tears gone:
A new sinew
would come into strength
and a new belief - becomes - but a newfound - life, all over again."
