Do you offer personalised products?

Yes. Selected products, including our birth chart prints and readings, are personalised especially for you. Please make sure all birth details and personalisation information are correct before submitting your order.

What information do I need for a birth chart?

Please provide your date of birth, birth time and town/country of birth. An accurate birth time is especially important for calculating parts of a birth chart such as the Rising sign and houses.

Are your astrology readings predicting my future?

No. Our astrology products are created for personal reflection, spiritual interest and entertainment. They explore traditional astrological interpretations rather than predicting what will happen in your future.

Do physical products come gift-ready?

Where stated in the individual listing, our gift boxes and sets are beautifully presented and designed to feel special from the moment they arrive.

How long does delivery take?

Please allow approximately 5–10 working days for physical orders, particularly during busy periods. Personalised products may require additional preparation time.

How will I receive a digital product?

Digital products are sent electronically. Please provide a correct and active email address when ordering and double-check it before submitting your details.

Can I return an item?

Eligible physical items can be returned within 14 days, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging. Personalised and digital products may be excluded from returns where applicable under UK consumer rules.
