A New Beginning

Welcome to Still Becoming


If you’ve found your way here, you may be searching for understanding, healing, and a little more kindness toward yourself. I created this space because I know how disorienting it can feel to stand at the edge of your own becoming—especially after you’ve been made to doubt your worth.


My newest workbook, Breaking Free, was written for those recovering from narcissistic relationships. It’s a place to explore your story, rebuild self-trust, and learn how to feel safe in your own mind and body again. Each page is designed to meet you gently, wherever you are in the process.


Before this project, I wrote Overcoming Negative Thinking, which focused on challenging unhelpful thoughts and cultivating a more compassionate mindset. These two books belong together in many ways—because when you’re recovering from emotional abuse, it is common to carry harsh self-judgment and old patterns of blame.


Whether you’re here to work through the pain of the past or simply to find a little encouragement, I hope you will feel welcome. You don’t have to rush or have it all figured out. Healing isn’t linear, and you don’t need to do it perfectly. You just have to begin.
