I am a hospitality professional with a career focused on service, customer experience, and human centered management. Over the years, I have learned that beyond processes and standards, what truly defines an experience and a relationship and people.

From that perspective, my writing was born.

I speak five languages. Perhaps that is why writing became a necessity rather than just a tool. Each language taught me a different way of observing, of naming emotions, and of understanding human connections. Spanish is one of the languages I enjoy writing in the most; it allows for precision, irony, and an emotional closeness that leaves no room for disguise.

My ebooks combine social observation, subtle dark humor, and honest reflections on love, relationships, and professional life. I use hospitality as a metaphor to talk about everyday realities: staying when a place is no longer home, learning to set boundaries, recognizing when it is time to leave, and doing so with dignity.

I do not write to idealize.

I write to look things straight in the eye.
