Why I Started Thinking Therapy

Short books. Deep ideas. A little time for yourself.

We live in a world where information is everywhere. Every day, we scroll through social media, read headlines, watch videos, listen to opinions, and move from one piece of information to another. We know more than ever before—but in the middle of all this information, we sometimes forget to simply stop and think.

That is where Thinking Therapy began.

I wanted to create short, meaningful books that explore ideas worth spending a little time with—ideas about philosophy, technology, human behaviour, spirituality, society, and the people who have shaped the way we think.

Why short books?

Life is busy. You might be travelling in an Uber, sitting on a train, waiting at an airport, taking a break from work, or simply relaxing at home. You may not always have the time or patience to read a 500-page book, but you may have 20 minutes to explore an interesting idea.

That's what these books are designed for.

Short enough to fit into your day. Deep enough to stay in your mind.

The purpose isn't to fill your mind with more information. It's to help you look at familiar things from a different perspective, question what you already believe, and perhaps discover something you had never considered before.

You may agree with an idea. You may disagree with it. You may even find yourself asking more questions than you had before.

And that's perfectly fine.

Because I don't believe a good book always needs to give you an answer. Sometimes, the right question is more valuable than an easy answer.

Welcome to Thinking Therapy

This is more than a collection of e-books. It's an ongoing exploration of ideas, perspectives, and questions that make us pause in the middle of a busy world.

Some books may challenge the way you see technology. Others may introduce you to remarkable thinkers or encourage you to look deeper into yourself and the world around you.

Read. Think. Question. Understand.
