We accept return of items within 3 DAYS of the customer receiving them.
The customer/buyer must fill out the returns sheet they receive with the package and return it to us with your dress in original condition in 3 DAYS.
The buyer/ customer is responsible for any shipping fees or costs for returns.

Processing and shipping takes 3-4 weeks
Please note for international shoppers: You may be required to pay an additional fee for customs in your country, this is not an additional charge from us, it is according to your countries' laws on imports from around the world.
SA Shipping: $7 USD
Processing and shipping takes 1-2 weeks
You will receive a tracking number once your package is shipped from South Africa.
