Digital product delivery
All products sold on this website are digital downloads (PDF files). After a successful payment, you will receive instant access to download your file on the confirmation page and/or via email.
Refunds
Because digital products are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed, except in the situations below.
We will provide a refund if:
- Access problem: You cannot access or download your file and our support team cannot fix the issue within a reasonable time.
- Duplicate purchase: You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate order).
- Wrong product: You purchased the wrong product by mistake and you contact us before downloading/accessing the file.

Time limit
