3. You may use all my assets on free, public, nitro & commercial use. COMPLETED MODELS ONLY.
4. You must credit me: Blind Toxin w/ a link to my shop/product.
5. Do NOT claim as yours, give my assets out, resell, etc.
6. No price splitting. When purchasing my avatars you are purchasing a PERSONAL license for a SINGLE individual.
7. Failure to provide your discord & vrchat name will result in a ban, as this is a breach of my TOS

AVATARS

1. No refunds. All sales are final.
2. Edits of my models are allowed as long as it is still recognizable, and do not resell or claim the model as your own.
3. No price splitting, When purchasing my models you are purchasing a PERSONAL license for a SINGLE individual.
4. Resale of any of my models is prohibited.
5. My models are NOT to be made public at any point.
6. You are NOT allowed to share, leak, or trade my packages.
7. You can NOT take the assets from my models. You must purchase them from the original creator.
8. I am not responsible for any updates that break the avatars. It is up to you to fix if i have not.
