End User License Agreement (EULA)
This license governs the use of all fonts purchased from Typobold. If you have any questions, just get in touch.
What you get
When you purchase a font from the store, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the font for your own projects.
You may use the font:
- for print (books, magazines, posters, packaging, etc.)
- for digital products (websites, apps, PDFs, e-books, social media, games)
- for commercial and non-commercial work
- for client projects
Client work
Fonts may be used for client projects.
The license remains with you, not your client.
If your client needs to use the font independently, they must purchase their own license.
Fair Use Limits
The basic license is designed for typical professional use. It covers projects where the font is used:
- by up to 10 designers
- on up to 100 office workstations
- in apps with up to 1,000 users
- in print products with a circulation of up to 100.000 copies per edition
- on websites with up to 10 million page views per month
No fees are based on reach, views, downloads, users, or platforms within these limits.
If your use goes beyond any of these thresholds, that’s absolutely fine—
it just means we’ll need to agree on an extended, individually tailored license.

What you may not do
You may never:
- resell, sublicense, rent, or share the font files
- distribute the font as a standalone product, nor parts or collections
- modify and redistribute the font as your own
- upload the font to public repositories or marketplaces
Custom fonts
Custom typefaces are:
- exclusive to you
- licensed specifically for your project
- free from traditional per-platform or per-use licensing complexity
All custom licensing terms are agreed individually in writing.
Ownership
The font software remains the intellectual property of Typobold. You are purchasing a license to use, not ownership of the font itself.

Minor updates may be provided at discretion.
