Your satisfaction is our priority. Because we supply research-grade peptide powders, we have specific guidelines around returns to protect the integrity of our products and the safety of all customers.

✅ 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.

📦 Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

Unopened and in its original sealed packaging
In the same condition as received
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Any powder that has been opened, used, or tampered with
Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
Digital downloads or documentation

Due to the nature of raw peptide powders, all sales are final once a package has been opened.

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, etc.).

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. USPowders is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
