Welcome to UnXion. We are committed to delivering excellence — both in product and service. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, handle, and deliver your orders.


Our goal is to ensure your products arrive on time and in perfect condition while maintaining a seamless, reliable system that supports both your satisfaction and our operational efficiency.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may extend during peak seasons, new launches, or promotional campaigns — you’ll be notified if this happens.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Timelines

Local Deliveries (within Nigeria): 2–5 business days after processing.

International Deliveries: 7–14 business days (varies by country).

Note: Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed. Unforeseen delays such as customs checks, bad weather, or courier issues are beyond our control.


3. Shipping Fees

Flat Rate Shipping: Applied based on region at checkout.

Free Shipping: Available for qualifying orders over a certain threshold (check promotional banners).

Express Delivery: Available on request at an additional charge.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp notification with a tracking number and courier information. We encourage you to track your package and contact us if anything seems off.


5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

UnXion is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping due to incorrect details will incur an additional delivery charge.


6. Missed or Failed Deliveries

In cases where the customer is unreachable or unavailable at the time of delivery:


Our courier will attempt redelivery up to two times.

If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to UnXion.

To re-dispatch, customers will cover return + new shipping fees.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:


Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

Unboxing video (highly recommended for claims)

Your order number will be requested with partial refund or store credit.



8. Customs & Import Duties (for international orders)

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties levied by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.


9. Delivery Delays Beyond Our Control

UnXion will not be held liable for delays caused by:

Courier backlogs

Acts of God (flood, fire, etc.)

Political unrest or border closures

Customs holds


However, we’ll always do our best to support you and follow up with the courier service.
