500 hour + Registered Yoga Teacher Level 4 Personal Trainer Various (lots!) of other Fitness Quals


My background has always been in health and fitness, I have over 20 years (gulp!!) of experience & qualification. My interest in yoga began almost 10 years ago, after working as a personal trainer for a few years I started thinking that there was something ‘missing’ while coaching my clients.


The ladies I was working with where smashing their physical goals, however they still wasn’t completely happy with where they where on their journeys.


Along came yoga - after travelling to India and later South Africa for some intense yoga training, I started to understand that the pieces that I thought where missing wasn’t it was that fitness, health and wellbeing is ALL an inside job too!

I continued to learn, grow and study various ‘types’ of yoga and now blend techniques and practices together allowing me to create a method of movement that complements how the body moves on a daily basis- TDY Yoga. I LOVE sharing yoga, I enjoy making movement assessable to everyone! When we find the balance between the mind & body we can start living a happier, healthier life.


It’s not all work and no play though … you can also find me hiking- or anything outdoorsie, reading … brunching … lunching (love food!!) … especially when it involves coffee & cake!!!
