After the birth of my daughter I found myself in a space where I felt guilty for doing the things that once made me, me. I fell into the trap of feeling guilty for needing time to myself. I consumed myself with all things baby and lost myself. I was not being a good steward of the blessing of mind, body, and spirit that God had given me.

I had to make a change, and over the course of the rest of my baby girls 1st year I relied on my faith and God’s guidance to reconnect with the woman he called me to be.

My greatest passion now is providing the resources that busy women need to transition seemlessly through various transitions of life and emerge victoriously by helping them know Jesus more all while teaching ways to be a better steward of the blessings of life.
