International Shipping
The default ship by YunExpress, which is our cooperative courier shipping company. All international shipping includes tracking number. You will receive an email with your package’s tracking number once your order has shipped from us.
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to prepare and process before we ship out your order.
Depending on the customers' location, the delivery time typically takes 10-20 days for delivery(Excludes any force majeure and holiday effects during shipping).
Items shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties and sales or Value Added Tax (VAT) set by the destination country. The customers office of the destination country may impose taxes, customs fees, import duties, and other charges. Any additional charges required for customers clearance are the sole responsibility of the recipient and we are unable to provide an estimate of these charges, unfortunately.
Shipping rates are calculated based on product weights. Large items, even if they are lightweight, incur higher shipping costs due to the volume of the shipping box.

Please note:
* We are not responsible for the payment of duties and taxes imposed by the country where the order is delivered.
* Additionally, we regrettably cannot assist you or be held liable in the event that an international order is stolen, has issues going through customers, or is lost in transit.
* If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order before the order ship and we will give you a refund in full for any goods you have paid for but not received.
* We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customers clearance processes. The importer is responsible for all matters pertaining to customers and excise import requirements in accordance with local destination laws. We will assist in providing any information pertaining to the products supplied.
Domestic Shipping
After your order has shipped from us, domestic shipments may arrive between 3-5 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare and process before we ship out your order.
Payment
Currently we only can accept Paypal for international payment.
Lost & Damage
Please be sure that the delivery address provided is both secure and correct.
If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible once your order is in transit.

Returns & Refund
All sales are final. We are unable to accept any returns or refund. If customers unpacks the product and finds it damaged as soon as they receive it, please contact us at the first time (within 24 hours) with photoshoots or video and proof of purchase.
Items
Most of these are handmade type, so they are not "perfect", may including some materials with natural textures and characteristics, so the default is as slight flaw. If have any, all imperfections will be photographed or noted on each item. If you mind please purchase carefully.
For the items' colors, we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
All items on the site are shoot direct. The color of picture shown may slightly vary due to flash light, screen and camera resolution. Please refer to the actual product received.
Cancellations
Any changes to the order or cancellations are not accepted after dispatch. All orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed and are not eligible for return/refunds. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation including the tracking number for your package.
Please note:
We reserve the right to refuse a return or cancellation in the event that the customer has already initiated multiple returns in the past.
