I ship all orders with Correos España, and except for certain products like stickers, the default shipping option is Correos Certified Mail which does come with a tracking number.
For stickers, the default shipping option is Correos Ordinary Mail, which doesn't come with tracking. I’m not responsible for any losses occurred to parcels shipped without a tracking number, please understand that without tracking I have no way to know where your order is. If you'd like to upgrade shipping, you can do so at checkout.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies, normally it takes between 4-7 days. I usually go to the mail office once every two-three weeks.
After shipment, orders may take up to:
☞ Spain: 3-5 business days.
☞ Europe: 1-2 weeks.
☞ United States: 2-5 weeks.
☞ Everywhere else: 2-7 weeks.
I'm trying to live a slow paced life, but if it's urgent, please do not hesitate to contact me, I may be able to rearrange things and go earlier to the mail office.
Do keep in mind that once I’ve shipped your order, I have no longer any control over it.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

You can cancel an order up until 24 hours after placing it.
Unfortunately, returns and refunds aren’t really an option with the products I’m selling. If there’s an error and it was my mistake, I will 100% do my best to try to resolve the issue. It’s just me doing this and I’m only human 🙂
