I ship all orders with Correos España, and unless said otherwise in the product description, the default shipping option is Correos Ordinary Mail which is the most affordable one, but doesn't come with tracking. 

I’m not responsible for any losses occurred to parcels shipped without a tracking number, please understand that without tracking I have no way to know where your order is.

If you want to purchase an item which is shipped with Correos Ordinary Mail by default and you'd like to add tracking, please contact me before placing the order and factor in an increase in shipping costs.

On the other hand, items that are sent via Correos Certified Mail already come with tracking.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies, normally it takes between 4-7 days. I usually go to the mail office once every two weeks.

After shipment, orders may take up to:

☞ Spain: 3-5 business days.

☞ Europe: 1-2 weeks.

☞ United States: 2-5 weeks.

☞ Everywhere else: 2-7 weeks.

I'm trying to live a slower life, but if it's urgent, please do not hesitate to contact me, I may be able to rearrange things and go earlier to the mail office.

Do keep in mind that once I’ve shipped your order, I have no longer any control over it. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Unfortunately returns and refunds aren’t really an option with the products I’m selling. If there’s an error and it was my mistake, I will 100% do my best to try to resolve the issue. It’s just me doing this and I’m only human 🙂
