Order Cancellation & Returns / Exchanges

All purchases from this website fall under UK 'Distance Selling' regulations which means you have 14 days from placing your order to cancel it, if it has not been sent within that time frame, and 14 days from receiving the item to inform me of your desire to return it for whatever reason and a further 14 days to return it for a refund, unless store credit or exchange is preferred.


Legally a deduction can be made from the refund amount if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of damage or excessive handling when received by the customer, therefore if you choose to return an item I ask that it is still in it's original condition, unworn and undamaged. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.

Where possible orders should be returned in the original packaging to ensure it is secure in transit.

Personalised and custom made orders are exempt from this policy and can not be returned unless found to be faulty.


If you choose to return an item you will be responsible for any costs involved in returning it, such as post and packing, and will be responsible for the item until it is received by me - therefore it is always advisable to send via a tracked service so its progress can be monitored.


Upon receiving the return it will be examined and so long as it is undamaged and in it's original condition the full cost of the item and original postal cost will be refunded within 14 days.

You will not be refunded postal costs for returning the item unless the item was faulty upon initial receipt.


In order to start the returns process please use the form below to provide your name, email, item/order number and why the item is being returned. I will then provide you with a returns address to send the item back to.


If the item is not returned you will not be entitled to a refund unless it is determined that the order has gone missing in the post and was not received by the customer in the first place, which would be confirmed by delivery tracking.


Returns outside of the legal 14 day period

By law you have 14 days to return any purchase for whatever reason.


If after this period of time you wish to return an item this may be allowed depending on the circumstances, for example if the item is faulty, has developed a fault or has broken through normal wear.


Damage caused by misuse, or because the jewellery care instructions have not been followed are not reasonable reasons for return. Nor is the tarnishing of silver or silver plating as this is a natural occurrence and can be easily cleaned.


If a return is authorised and the item is returned that is then found to have been deliberately damaged in order to return it after this 14 day period you will not be refunded and it will be returned to you.
