- Why should I buy direct from you? By buying direct you are cutting out the middle-man and supporting the author (that's me) directly.
- Is it safe to give my credit card info? Yes. I do not have any access to your information and it is completed through Payhip's secure processing system.
- How will I receive my books or products? For ebooks, you will receive an email from Bookfunnel. From there you will be able to upload the book to your preferred format. For instance Android products, Apple products, Kindle and Kobo as well as to your computer or other source.
- If there is a problem with my book, who do I contact? If there is any issue with downloading, you can contact Bookfunnel who will assist with any technology issues.
- Can I request a refund? Digital products are not able to be refunded.
- Can I save money by buying direct from the author? Yes! Because I'm not having to pay the retailer fees, I offer discounts directly to you. So you save money and I can share early releases or discounts with you.
- Can I contact you directly if my question isn't answered here? Certainly!
