Refund Policy (No Refunds / All Sales Final)
Due to the nature of our products and repeated cases of refund abuse, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or chargebacks under any circumstances once an order is placed.
Before dispatch, we will send a video of your exact order for confirmation. You must confirm that you are happy for us to ship. If you do not wish to proceed after receiving the video, you must tell us before dispatch. Once shipped, the order is considered accepted and no refunds will be issued.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos and we will investigate and work to resolve the issue.
