That said, here's what I will always do:

• Technical problems — if the file won't open, the download link doesn't work, or you were charged more than once, email support@vectoropshub.com and I'll fix it immediately. No questions asked.
• Genuine dissatisfaction — if you've used the pack and it isn't delivering value for your situation, email me within 7 days of purchase and tell me what's not working. I read every message myself. I can't promise a refund in every case, but I will always look at it honestly and try to make it right — whether that's a refund, guidance on how to get more out of the pack, or something else that's fair.

What I won't do is offer refunds simply because someone changes their mind after downloading and using the product — that's not fair to me or to buyers who kept their end of the deal.
