Meet Vicki – The Coach Behind the Recipes
Hi, I’m Vicki! I’m a certified nutritionist (Level 5 Advanced Nutrition Science), menopause coaching specialist, personal trainer, and proud late bloomer in the kitchen.
I didn’t learn to cook until my 30s. I grew up on processed food and spent years trying to eat “healthy” but still felt soft, tired, and stuck. When I went plant-based, I struggled even more to hit my protein goals without blowing my carbs and fat sky-high.
So, I stopped Googling and started creating my own recipes - quick, high-protein meals that actually supported my goals. I lost over 30lbs, built muscle, and now feel stronger in my 40s than I ever did in my 20s.
Everything you’ll find here is built from that journey.
