Product Terms of Service:

You agree to this Terms of Service (TOS) by purchasing, downloading or using any products from VenDex Studios. VenDex Studios may be referred as "VenDex", "We", "Our", or "Us".

Section A - Product Usage

A1 - You may not sell, distribute, giveaway, leak or transfer any type of access permissions to any of our products. This includes usage permissions, resell permissions, resell+ permissions, co-ownership and ownership.

A2 - You may not claim credit or ownership over any of our products.

A3 - You may not sell, leak or redistribute any components, assets, or the entirety of any product.

A4 - You may not transfer licences of our products to any other users or companies. If they want to use our products, they must purchase it themselves.

A5 - Blacklisted Users who have bought our products will lose their licence to use any of our products. 

A6 - We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time.

A7 - You may not edit, change or modify any components of a product without permission from the CEO or President of VenDex. Doing so without permission, will result in removal of your licences and a possible blacklist.

Section B - General Terms

B1 - We reserve the right to suspend, remove or discontinue any licences you own.

B2 - We do not offer refunds, however we may offer compensation in store credit for broken products or products not working as intended.

B3 - These Terms of Service are subject to change without prior notice however Major changes will be announced.

B4 - Violation of this TOS, will result in revocation of all your licences and a blacklist from our store and server.

By purchasing and using any of our products, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms of Service stated above.
