In this list there are both USA and International vendors. China is the top location for vendors of all kinds.

Most vendors are overseas so there is a big time disparity. For example, Chinese vendors have about 12 hours of time difference from the USA. When it is morning in the USA, it is night time in China. If you are in the USA, night time will be your peak communication hours for a vendor that is in China.

Communication

Most vendors communicate through the What'sApp app - please make sure to download this app. Also be sure to change the country to the appropriate country when saving vendor numbers.

MOQ or Minimum Order Quantity 

When ordering from vendors, most have a minimum amount per item that you must order to complete your order. MOQ can range from 1-100 pieces of a particular product, it depends on the vendor. This is also true when ordering products customized with your own logo.

You can also order samples of the product before making an order. Be sure to ask for pictures and/or videos of the merchandise before purchase, some vendors will even video chat with you. 

Also be sure to ask the vendor for a catalog of all similar items. This is a good way to price match, decrease shipping expenses, and see other items the vendor may have available.

Production Time

Production time is the time it will take to produce your order completely from the date that it is originally purchased. Between 30-45 days is an expected time frame if the product will arrive by ship. Between 7-14 days if it will arrive by plane.

Freight

The vendor may ask you to choose who you want to use to ship your freight. DHL, UPS, and FEDEX are the main freight companies. You can also choose to ship through sea, it is much cheaper but takes 30-45 days longer than by plane.
